挫伤性前房积血的手术治疗新法

[摘要] 目的：探讨严重挫伤性前房积血的取出新法。方法：36例(36眼)严重挫伤性前房积血经药物治疗无效者，采用粘弹剂充分分离血凝块，凭借粘弹剂对娩出通道的软弹性扩张作用和对血凝块的软弹性推力，使血凝块随骤然涌出的粘弹剂自然或略借自制匙状驱逐针头娩出眼外。结果：本组36例血凝块全部被安全、快捷地取出，无一例发生手术误伤，且术后反应轻微。结论：该手术方式操作简单，术中安全、术后并发症少，是清除前房积血的有效方法。[关键词] 前房积血清除术；粘弹剂；术后治疗
New Technique for Clearance of Hyphma after Ocular Contusion

Abstract: Objective To explore the new technique on clearance of serious hyphma after ocular contusion.Methods 36 eyes of 36 cases with serious hyphma after ocular contusion were treated with viscoelastics and selfmade syringe needle,which were inefficacy cases treated by drugs.Results 36 eyes of hyphema were all removed safely and quickly.No accidental injure and the reaction after operaction was very slight.Conclusion This technique is simple、safe、efficient and has few complication.
