摘 要：目的 探讨超声诊断对腹腔镜胆囊切除术的指导价值。方法 采用空腹超声观察胆囊形态、胆壁厚度、胆囊周边有无粘连及胆总管情况。结果 胆壁厚度在0.6 cm以下、胆周界线清晰者，手术均顺利成功；胆周轮廓模糊，胆囊萎缩，胆总管增宽，手术难度及风险较大，不适合腹腔镜手术。结论 超声可为此类病例筛选及评价手术难易程度提供有价值的指导作用。关 键 词：超声诊断，腹腔镜，胆囊切除
Dirrectional study of laparoscopic cholecystectomy by ultrasonography

Abstract:Objective To investigate the directional value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC) by ultrasonography. Methods To observe the ultrasonic manifestations of gall bladder, including morphology, wall thickness, surrounding adhesion and state of common bile duct. Results The wall thickness under 0.6 cm and the surrounding clear could success, while the surrounding obscue, the gall bladder atrophic, vidden of common bile duct was difficult. Conclusion Ultrasonography may provide direction value for patient selection and the difficulty of LC. ......
