老年弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例报告并文献复习

     [摘要] 目的探讨老年弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤的诊治特点。方法对1例老年弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的临床资料进行分析，并复习相关文献。结果老年弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤起病隐匿，临床表现多样，临床过程呈侵袭性，误诊率高。病理检查可确诊。结论提高对老年恶性淋巴瘤临床特点的认识，重视病理检查在淋巴瘤诊断中的重要性，早诊断，早治疗。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical features of elderly diffuse large Bcell lymphoma. Methods Case report combined with literature review were performed. Results Elderly diffuse large Bcell lymphoma is difficult to diagnose timely in its occurrence. It usually involves multiple and nontypical clinical manifestation. Diagnosis was confirmed by histopathological and immunohistochemical findings.Conclusion Clinical features of elderly diffuse large Bcell lymphoma should be taken seriously. Paying attention to pathological examination and trying our best to decrease the mistakes in diagnosis. Looking forward to early diagnosis and early treatment. ......
