摘 要:目的 观察双酚A对小鼠睾丸酶活性的影响,探讨双酚A致睾丸损伤的可能机制。方法 分别对雄性小鼠进行相同作用时间、不同剂量及相同剂量、不同作用时间的双酚A染毒,将小鼠处死后,采用紫外分光光度法检测睾丸组织匀浆中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性。结果 双酚A可以引起小鼠睾丸组织匀浆中LDH活性降低, G6PD活性升高。双酚A一次进入体内所引起的睾丸生殖酶活性变化可在36 h恢复正常水平。结论 双酚A对雄性小鼠具有一定的生殖毒性。关 键 词:双酚A;乳酸脱氢酶;葡萄糖6磷酸脱氢酶
Effects of BPA on enzyme activities in testis of mice

Abstract:Objective To research the effect of BPA on certain enzyme activities in the testis of mice and explore the possible mechanism for reproductive damage in male mice by BPA. Methods Mice were treated with same time and different doses of BPA and same doses and different time of BPA . After the mice were sacrificed, Activities of LDH and G6PD in genate of the testis were determined with spectrophotometry. Results BPA could cause the decreasing of LDH activity and increasing of G6PD activity in testis cells. The enzyme activities in the testis come to normal at 36h after administering with BPA one time. Conclusion BPA could affect the reproductive system of mice. ......
