AbstractObjective:To investigate the chiral selectivity of transport and absorption of chiral metal complexes across Caco-2 cell monolayers. Methods: To determine the transport velocity of chiral metal complexes across Caco-2 cell monolayers, using the kinetics method . Results: The difference in the chirality of metal complexes across Caco-2 cell monolayers results in the distinctness in transport velocity. Conclusions:There exists a difference in the chiral selectivity of transport and absorption of chiral metal complexes across Caco-2 cell monolayers. ......
