摘要 目的:观察大鼠急性心肌缺血时细胞凋亡指数的变化。方法:用72只大鼠通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立急性心肌缺血模型。大鼠被随机分为6组(每组12只)并分别在手术0.5、1、2、3、4、6小时后处死。其中每组取2只，共12只构成一组作为对照组，其他作为实验组。在对照组，缝线绕过大鼠的冠状动脉但不结扎。处死同时摘取心脏，切取正常区、缺血区和交界区的心肌，用胰蛋白酶裂解为单个细胞后，通过流式细胞仪检测细胞的凋亡指数。结果:缺血区和交界区的凋亡指数明显高于正常区和对照组( P <0.05)。结论:急性心肌缺血性损伤与心源性猝死和心肌细胞凋亡有关。
