AbstractAIM: Chronic gastritis is closely correlated with the occurrence of gastric cancer, and it can be detected in 80% adults in our country. Standardization of diagnosis and treatment for chronic gastritis is starved for solution. Various manifestations of chronic gastritis are shown by endoscopy, and erythema and exudative inflammation are the common features under kinds of endoscopes, which are the basis for the evolution of chronic gastritis. Following-up analysis shows that chronic gastritis is in dynamic progression and endoscopic classification is of important significance for the prediction, development monitoring, clinical treatment guidance, efficacy evaluation, and outcome of this disease ......
