Abstract As the possessor,disseminator and inventor of knowledge,talented people are becoming a core element of the productive force in the 21st century.Now human resources become the biggest one which has gradually exceeded natural resources.Domestic hospitals must participate in not only domestic competition,but international competition,which has acted as the main body of medical market competition since we joined WTO.One of the great problems which hospital supervisors should be paid more attention to is that how the talented person team in domestic public hospitals could face with the challenge positively after we joined WTO and how to survive in the intensely market competition.We analyze not only the importance of talented person’s training and the challenges they faced,but how to build of the hospital’s talented person teams.
