静脉使用甘露醇辅助治疗急性胰腺炎 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 研究静脉使用甘露醇辅助治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 对经保守治疗好转的急性胰腺炎病例进行回顾性分析，从中随机抽取40例辅助使用甘露醇的病例和40例未使用的病例分成两组，通过对比使用组与未使用组临床症状、体征缓解的时间及治疗3天后CT检查的Balthazar评分，并进行统计学处理。结果 辅助使用甘露醇组在缩短症状、体征缓解时间及CT影像上好转率有显著性。结论 静脉使用甘露醇辅助治疗急性胰腺炎能加速缓解症状，并减少胰腺坏死。

    【Abstract】 Objective Reserch the curative effect of acute pancreatitis patients given mannitol by infusion.Methods We analyze the acute pancreatitis cases who were cured by conservation therapy retrospectively. We divided the patients into two groups each one has 40 patients.We give mannitol to one group random and not to another group. We compare the clinical symptoms,physical sign fading time ,the Balthazar grade of CT examination after treatment for three days and by statistic methods.Results Using mannitol for aid therapy to acute pancreatitis can highly shorten the clinical symptoms and physical sign fading time, accelerate the improvement in CT image.Conclusion Using mannitol for aid therapy to acute pancreatitis can highly accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms and reduce pancreas necrosis. ......
