Problems and solutions of hospital file management

    Abstract Owing to the past years efforts，the files-management of the central hospital of Yangpu District has made some progress and contributed to the development of the hospital.With entering a fast-changing information era,the development of the hospital calls for a higher level of its files-management.There is quite some dissatisfaction in the present files-management of the hospital.Slower process of files collecting and placing,lower efficiency in using and exploiting files,and duller running in organizing files work is the concrete expression.We must make great efforts to enhance the management of the hospital files and improve its service level so as to keep pace with the times and satisfy the demand of the hospital development.It is necessary for us to set up and perfect the rules about files-management and the network of hospital in order to improve the files-management of the hospital.We must build an integrated information-management model of mixing files information with other information and improve the work on files’ edition and study.We should also fully utilize new technology and “outer brains” on information-management and redefine the responsibility of files-management supervisor.Only these can make the files-management of the hospital to step forward and accord with the demand of the times. ......
