[摘要] 目的:探讨直接数字X线摄影术(DR)在婴幼儿胸片的应用价值。方法：采用HOLOGIC EPEX型多功能DR和TOSHIBA多功能拍片机各1台，随机抽取我院0岁～3岁婴幼儿DR胸片和传统胸片各200例,由我科3位放射学专家对影像进行分析,分别统计2种胸片的甲级、乙级、丙级及废片率,并且对婴幼儿接受2种摄影胸片的受照射剂量进行比较。结果：DR胸片甲级片率77%；传统的婴幼儿胸片甲级片率56.5%。婴幼儿胸部的曝光剂量：DR胸片为1 mAs,传统胸片为5 mAs。经统计分析结果,差异有非常显著性。结论：婴幼儿的DR胸片质量明显好于传统胸片。DR系统的曝光剂量显著降低；DR系统操作方便，成像快捷，有利于放射诊断。[关键词] X线摄影；直接数字X线摄影；图像质量控制
Comparison of the Quality of the Children's Chest Film Between Digital Radiography and Conventional Radiography

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of direct digital radiography (DR) in children's chest. Methods200 cases of the children's chest roentgenograms with digital radiography and conventional radiography were selected for analysis by 3 radiologists, and graded into Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ grades, according to the control quality standard. The rates of the film grade both DR and conventional chest radiograms were analyzed and compared statistically.Results With digital radiography system, the quality of the children's chest film was assessed gradeⅠ in 77%;With conventional radiography, the quality of the children's chest film was assessed grade Ⅰin 56.5%. The fine structure of the lungs could be revealed in 100% of chest roentgenogram with direct digital radiograph system, which was significantly higher than that acquired with the conventionalradiography(92.5%).Direct digital radiography could lower the exposure dose than the conventionalradiography. Digital radiography system is easy to operate, fast in capturing image and could provide postprocessing techniques, which will facilitate the accurate diagnosis of radiography. ......
