Brief discussion on experiences and means to carry out professionalism education in hospital

    Abstract OBJECTIVE Professionalism in hospital is highly related to people’s lives.Being compared with other occupations’ professionalism,it encompasses traits such as prominent status,special targets and high risk responsibility.Among the fierce competition in current market status,our hospital is consistently working for strengthening professionalism education,enhancing service quality,remedying service attitude,and satisfying people’s need of health care effectively.METHODS Set up a sound management system to enhance professionalism in hospital and to form a responsibility management system which covers multiple directions and levels.Strengthen professionalism supervision system and form a series of effective supervise，control and ensure system.Stick to collect excellent ideas through various channels.Carry out “civilized service channel” with patient-centered vision.Set up professionalism inspection and assessment to quantify staff’s professionalism performance.RESULTS It’s identified that the hospital’s aim is to strengthen professionalism education consistently,enhance service quality,remedy service attitude,and to satisfy people’s needs of health care effectively in current fierce market competition.CONCLUSION The hospital’s aim to consistently strengthen professionalism education,enhance service quality,remedy service attitude,and to satisfy people’s needs of health care effectively. ......
