【摘要】 目的 对监护室环境对术后患者影响的临床资料进行分析总结，采取有效措施，控制监护室感染率。方法 总结我院自1999～2001年ICU病房收治的363例患者的临床资料。结果 363例患者并发医院内感染50例，其中伤口感染9例，肺部感染41例。9例伤口感染患者经换药后，伤口一期愈合。41例肺部感染患者经全面系统治疗痊愈36例，死亡5例，病死率12.2%。结论 根据病情分析患者易出现感染的相关因素，制定预防措施及护理对策，切断交叉感染的传播途径，合理用药，有效控制感染，严格消毒隔离制度，认真执行无菌操作技术，加强基础护理，对预防和控制医院内感染起着至关重要的作用。

    【Abstract】 We investigate the reasons of postoperative infection of ICU patients.The results show that the operating factors and the special circumstances cause some physical and psychological problems which have effects on recovery.Improving ICU circumstances,implementing sterilize and isolated,applying aseptic manipulation are the effective measures for solving these problems and promoting the recovery of ICU patients.
