Abstract With the expanding scale of recruiting graduate students,the cultivation quality becomes a key problem of graduate education development.To a large extent,it depends on the overall quality of tutors.To strengthen the tutor’s sense of duty,our hospital enhances standard management of tutors and establishes an evaluation system.To improve the late cultivation quality of graduate students,our hospital organize ideological education activities and academic ones among them to strengthen their sense of social responsibility.
