湖南省药用薯蓣的质量分析

【摘要】 目的 分析和探讨9种薯蓣的水分、灰分含量及其与薯蓣皂苷元含量的关系;以便建立和完善薯蓣类药材的质量标准体系。方法 按照2000版《中华人民共和国药典》的方法进行药材水分及灰分测定;运用改良的反相高效液相色谱的方法,对薯蓣皂苷元进行测定。结果 9种薯蓣水分含量与薯蓣皂苷元含量无明显相关趋势。灰分含量与薯蓣皂苷元含量有一定的正相关趋势。结论 药用部位中水分含量以11%以下为好;灰分含量应该不得超过5.2%。【关键词】 水分; 灰分; 薯蓣皂苷元
Analysis on quality of medicinal yams in Hunan province

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis of content of moist and ash, and discussed the relationship between above factors and content of diosgenin; so as to set up all-round quality system of medicinal yams. Methods According to the national pharmacopoeia(2000) , determinate the content of moist and ash. Application the improved method of RP-HPLC, determinate the content of dioscosin. Results There isn’t evidently relevance current between the content of moist and dioscosin; there is certain relevance current between the content of ash and dioscosin. Conclusion In medicinal part, moist content should be under 11%.The ash content should be under 5.2%, also had certain relationship with content of diosgenin. ......
