【摘要】 目的 了解全国中小学生健康知识、态度、技能及行为，全面认识学校健康教育开展的现况，为完善学校健康教育的对策提供科学依据。 方法 在全国26个省市采用2阶段整群抽样法，共调查中小学校153所，接受调查学生共计8008名。 结果 学生健康知识的水平发展不平衡，呈现省际间差别，性别、年级间差异也有统计学意义。而对健康的态度与知识水平间存在交互作用。学生在健康生活方式与心理调节能力方面亟需提高。 结论 应加强学校健康教育的力度和管理，将学校健康教育作为重要的疾病预防策略。
