会阴部肿物切除后暴露创面的手术治疗 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨会阴部肿物切除后暴露创面手术治疗的理想方法。方法 16例会阴部肿物患者手术彻底切除病变组织，暴露创面应用阴股沟皮瓣修复。结果 成功修复16例患者创面，术后恢复好。随访8个月～10年，外观及功能良好。结论 阴股沟皮瓣修复会阴部肿物创面，方法简便易行、血供可靠、供区隐蔽、易推广，是会阴部肿物切除后暴露创面修复的理想方法。
