[摘要]目的: 了解我院新生儿科抗菌药物使用情况，加强抗菌药物的合理应用。 方法: 对2003年1月～2005年12月我院新生儿科使用抗菌药物的用药频度、日均费用进行统计、分析。 结果: 抗菌药物使用以青霉素类、头孢菌素类为主，占总用药量的95%左右。 结论: 我院新生儿科抗菌药物使用较为合理。

    [Abstract] Objective:To study the use of antibacterials in neonates of our hospital during2003-2005.Methods:DDDs and daily costs of antibacterials used in neonates during2003-2005were analysed.Results:Penicillins and Cephalosporins were mostly used and the rate was about95%.Conclusions:The use of antibacterials is rational.
