腹部闭合伤致小肠破裂的诊治体会 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 提高腹部闭合伤致小肠破裂的诊断和治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析我院1995年1月～2005年1月收治的65例腹部闭合伤致小肠破裂的临床资料。结果 本组均行手术治疗，治愈64例，死亡1例。结论 详细了解病史，结合诊断性腹腔穿刺、X线、B超、CT等检查，可提高诊断率；早期手术是提高治愈率、减少并发症、降低死亡率的关键。
