[摘要] 诚信作为医疗道德和医学伦理的核心，经几千年中国传统文化的层层濡染而形成的深刻外延和丰富内涵深深地影响着医疗诚信的主体。由于医疗卫生改革带来医疗诚信嬗变期的诸多新特点的要求，本文透过传统文化的辐射，从医生诚信、医院诚信、医药诚信三个方面探讨了现实背景下医疗诚信的新内涵外延，以期对医疗诚信观进行传统文化溯源和现实意义解读。[关键词] 医疗诚信；内涵外延；传统解读；现代剖析
Traditional reading and modern analysis of the
trustworthiness in medical care

[Abstract] Trustworthiness is the core of the morals and ethics in medical care and medical industry. Chinese traditional culture which has a history of several thousand years, plays an important role in the development of the conception of medical trustworthiness. Following the reform of medical treatment system, we discussed the new definition, characteristics and classification of medical trustworthiness on the modern background.

“大医精诚”这句几千年来中国医家的铭训，体现了华夏医道中诚信与医术并重的亘古真理。然而，由于市场机制的引入，医疗体制的改变，如今的医疗诚信，正处在一个历史嬗变时期，医疗业工作者已不能像千百年前虔诚遵循孔子“医乃仁术”的儒家思想一样，根据内心的伦理和心境毫不费力地做出为大多数人普遍接受和认可的道德选择和价值判断 ......
