彩色多普勒和二维超声在面颈部淋巴结肿大的诊断价值 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒和二维超声检测在面颈部淋巴结肿大中的临床诊断价值。方法 对199例面颈部淋巴结肿大患者行彩色多普勒和二维超声的同步检测和分析。结果 二维超声显示结果：(1)急性、亚急性淋巴结单侧下颌区多见，单发、较大、固定、有压痛、边缘毛糙；CDFI示偶见血流；(2)肿瘤性淋巴结。二维显示双侧多见、多发、较大、固定、边界清，大的中心部可见液化；CDFI血流较易显示；(3)结核性及慢性淋巴结。二维超声显示双侧多见、散在、多发。相对较小、不固定。CDFI偶见血流。结论 二维超声和CDFI同步检测，不仅对判断病变性质有很大的诊断意义，对部分病变的程度也有诊断价值。

[Abstract] Objective To appraise the value of doublefunction ultrasonic to dignose lymphadenectasis.Methods To make a retrospective anslysis for 199 cases of facial neck area lymphadenectasis by operation,puncture and medicine.Results The acute and chronic lymphadenitis singleside mandibular area is coarse;CDFI:Sometimes we can see blood and continue observing the central area fluidify.The tumorous lymph is intumescent and it is seen on the two side and it will happen too much,it is fixed,no pan,the end is clear and we can see fluidify in the central big lymph;CDFI:the blood stream is easy to show.Conclusion It is easy to show facial neck area lymphadenectasis.Because the doublefunction ultrasonic has a certain idiocrasy and it will show combining blood stream.It has a certain meaning not only for good or ill cell,but also for pathological changes. ......
