     摘要：目的建立胃康灵胶囊中甘草芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱为ShimPack VPODS C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)；流动相为乙腈0.1%磷酸溶液，梯度洗脱；检测波长为235 nm；柱温40℃；流速1 ml/min。结果甘草酸和芍药苷分别在0.15 ~1.50 μg(r=0.999 9 n=5)范围内呈线性。甘草酸和芍药苷平均加样回收率分别为99.7%(RSD=2.67%)和99.4%(RSD=2.43%)。结论该法简便、快速、可靠、可用于控制制剂质量。

    Study on the Quality Control of Weikangling Capsules

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop a method for determining the content of glycyrrhizic acid and paeoniflorin in Weikangling Capsules by RPHPLC.MethodsThe chromatographic method was carried on a ShimPack VPODS C18column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).Acetonitrilewater (containing 0.1% Phosphoric acid) was used as the mobile phase with gradient elution .The detection wavelength was at 235 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min . Column temperature was 40℃.ResultsA good linearity was found at the concentration range of 0.15~1.50 μg for glycyrrhizc acid and 0.11~1.08 μg for paeoniflorn.The average recovery were 99.7%,99.4% and the relative standard deviation was 2.67%,2.43%,respectively .ConclusionThe method is simple, rapid, reliable and can be used for the drug control. ......
