党参与天麻对氟哌啶醇致老化大鼠抗氧化酶表达作用的比较研究

摘要:目的观察和探讨党参、天麻对氟哌啶醇诱导老化大鼠抗氧化酶表达作用的影响。方法雄性Wister大鼠40只,随机分为对照组、模型组、实验1组、实验2组。除对照组外,模型组、实验组均用氟哌啶醇建立痴呆症(Alzheimer Disease,AD)动物模型,实验组还分别腹腔注射党参注射液、天麻注射液。测定各组大鼠血、肝、肾、海马、脑皮质中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPX)含量。结果与对照组、模型组比较,党参注射液和天麻注射液均能使实验大鼠多种组织SOD、GSHPX显著升高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论党参和天麻都能增强抗氧化酶表达作用,但在升高SOD和GSHPX的表达值上,二者则无明显差别。关键词:党参; 天麻; 抗氧化酶; 超氧化物歧化酶; 谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶
The Comparison Between Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume on the Expression of Antioxidase of Aging Rat Induced by Haloperidol

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Radix codonopsis pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume on the expression of antioxidase of aging rat induced by haloperidol.Methods40 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control,model,test group 1 and 2.Rat model of Alzheimer Disease induced by haloperidol were employed. Except control group,the rats of test group 1 and 2 were injected with Radix codonopsis pilosulae injection and Gastrodia elata Blume injection respectively and meanwhile concentrations of SOD and GSHPX in serum,liver,kidney,hipocampus and cortex of the animal were detected.ResultsIn contrast with control and groups,concentrations of SOD and GSHPX obviously increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).ConclusionRadix codonopsis pilosulae and Gastrodia elata Blume can be in upregulating expression of antioxidase.But the two herbs have similar activities of antioxidation. ......
