鼠掌老鹳草与老鹳草抗腹泻药理作用的比较研究 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 通过药效学实验深入比较鼠掌老鹳草与同属药典收载的老鹳草品种的抗腹泻药理作用。方法 本实验采用番泻叶致腹泻法和小鼠小肠推进试验，新斯的明致小鼠小肠推进亢进试验对鼠掌老鹳草的抗腹泻药理作用进行研究。结果 鼠掌老鹳草水煎液可减少番泻叶所引起的腹泻次数，并可抑制正常及推进功能亢进小鼠炭末胃肠推进率。结论 鼠掌老鹳草有较好的抗腹泻药理作用。
