     摘要：目的用血清药理学方法研究穿山龙总皂苷对大鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及其分泌IL2的影响，探讨其可能的作用机理。方法用MTT法测定不同浓度穿山龙含药血清(分别在培养系中加入20%，10%，5%含药血清)对Con A诱导脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响；用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定不同浓度穿山龙总苷含药血清对Con A诱导脾淋巴细胞分泌IL2影响。结果20%和10%穿山龙总皂苷含药血清可抑制Con A诱导的脾淋巴细胞增殖(P<0.01, P<0.05)，20%和10%穿山龙总皂苷含药血清可抑制Con A诱导的脾淋巴细胞分泌IL2(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论穿山龙总皂苷含药血清可抑制Con A诱导的大鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖及IL2的产生。

    The Pharmacological Study of Whole Saponin of Rhizoma Dioscoeae Nipponicae Effect on Rats' T Lymph Cell Function

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect of whole saponin of Rhizoma Dioscoeae Nipponicae on rats`spleen lymph cell's proliferation and its excreting IL2.MethodsBy MTT means, the way that the serum of different concentrations of whole saponin of RDN affect Con A's stimulating spleen lymph cell`s proliferation were measured. By double-antibodies-ELLISA means, the ways that serum of different concentration of RDN act on Con A's stimulating spleen lymph cell's excreting IL2 were measured as well.ResultsThe serum of 20% and 10% whole saponin of RDN lowered Con A's stimulating spleen lymph cell's proliferation (P<0.01,P<0.05). The serum of 20% and that of 10% of whole saponin of RDN could lower Con A's stimulating spleen lymph cell's excreting IL2 (P<0.01,P<0.05).ConclusionThe serum of whole saponin of RDN can lower Con A's stimulating the proliferation and excretion of IL2 of rats'spleen lymph cell. ......
