中医药治疗乳腺肿瘤—国内文献的循证医学分析 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 研究乳腺肿瘤中医药治疗临床文献的现状及问题。方法 按照EBM标准，对重庆维普全文数据库上1995～2003年9年间的乳腺肿瘤中医药治疗文献进行调查和评价。结果 共查阅论著118篇，其中治疗性论文71篇，捡出RCTs/CCT论文27篇，且存在质量问题。结论 我国乳腺肿瘤中医药治疗RCTs/CCT的数量和质量不能满足临床实践的需要。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate articles about traditional Chinese medical treatment of breast cancer. Methods Articles about traditional Chinese medical treatment of breast cancer since from 1995 to 2003 in Chongqin VIP database were retrieved and evaluated according to the principle of EBM. Results There are some quality defects in 118 articles containing 71 therapeutic articles and 27 RCTs/CCT. Conclusion The quantity and quality of RCTs/CCT of breast cancer’s traditional Chinese medical treatment did not meet the need of clinical practice. ......
