摘要:目的建立21味寒水石散中没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定21味寒水石散中没食子酸的含量,用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇水(5∶95)为流动相,检测波长为274 nm。结果线性范围0.020 6~0.247 2 μg,平均回收率为99.1%,RSD=1.3% (n=9)。结论该方法简便、准确,提供了21味寒水石散中没食子酸的质量控制方法。关键词:21味寒水石散; 没食子酸; 含量测定; 高效液相色谱法
Determination of Gallic Acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder by HPLC

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a quantitative method to determine the content of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder. MethodsThe content of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi powder was determined by HPLC. The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water (5∶95) and detected at wavelength of 274 nm.ResultsThe linearity of the method was good at range of 0.020 6~0.247 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 99.1%,RSD was 1.3%.ConclusionThe method is convenient, accurate, and can be used for the determination of gallic acid in 21component Hanshuishi Powder. ......
