益气活血复方逆转自发性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的实验研究

     摘要：目的观察益气活血复方对自发性高血压大鼠 (SHR)左室肥厚的影响，并探讨其作用机制。方法14周龄雄性 SHR 40只，随机分为5组，即SHR空白对照组、硝苯地平治疗组及益气活血复方高、中、低剂量组。治疗8周后，测量大鼠尾动脉收缩压(SBP)，心脏重量指数 (HWI)，左心室肥厚指数 (LVMI)，采用HE染色、VG染色观察心肌细胞及间质胶原的变化，放免法测定循环血及心脏局部醛固酮(ALD)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的浓度。结果经益气活血复方治疗8周后，SHR血压下降，左室肥厚明显消退，间质胶原的含量减少。益气活血复方不仅能够抑制循环肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统 (RAAS)的活性，同时也能明显抑制心脏局部 RAAS的活性。结论益气活血复方具有逆转高血压左室肥厚的作用，各剂量组呈现一定的量效关系，其疗效优于硝苯地平。其作用机制可能与降低血压和抑制 RAAS活性有关。

    Experimental Study of Effect of Yiqihuoxue Recipe on Reverse Left Ventricular of Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

    Abstract：ObjectiveThe research was to investigate the effects of Yiqihuoxue recipe on left ventricular in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) and its mechanism.Methods14weekold SHRs were assigned randomly into 5 groups: the control groups,the groups treated with nifedipine,the other three groups treated with different doses of YiqiHuoxue recipe.After 8weektreatments, systolic blood pressure (SBP),heart weight index(HWI), left ventricular mass index(LVMI). Were measured sections of heart tissue was stained with VanGieson method. The changes of structure and shape in the myocardial cells and volume fraction in collagen were determined by automatically quantitative morphometry; The concentration of aldosterone(ALD) and angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) of plasma and myocardium with radioimmunoassay were detected. ResultsYiqihuoxue recipe restrained left ventricular and then decreased collagen contents after 8weektreatments. Yiqihuoxue recipe not only restrain the RAAS activity of plasma, but also of myocardium.ConclusionYiqiHuoxue recipe can reverse left ventricular, the effect of YiqiHuoxue recipe is better than that of nifedipine. Both decreasing blood pressure and restraining RAAS activity may be the mechanism of YiqiHuoxue recipe reversing left ventricular. ......
