刺五加药材指纹图谱的分析方法研究

摘要:目的采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法建立了刺五加药材指纹图谱。方法色谱柱: Zorbax SBC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相∶乙腈水(梯度洗脱),检测波长:203 nm,柱温:40℃,流速:1.0 ml/min,分析时间:90 min。结果共标示出刺五加药材指纹图谱中24个共有峰。利用指纹图谱相似度测试软件,以夹角余旋为测度,测得10批刺五加药材指纹图谱相似度结果均在0.90~1.00之间。结论本实验所建立的刺五加药材指纹图谱分析方法准确、重复性好,为有效控制刺五加药材的质量提供了依据。关键词:刺五加; 高效液相色谱; 指纹图谱
Studies on the Analysis Methods of Chromatographic Fingerprints of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish chromatographic fingerprint of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms by HPLC. MethodsSeparation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SBC18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) analytical column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and water with gradient elute at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature 40℃. The UV wavelength used for detection was set at 203 nm and the analysis time was 90 min.Results24 copeaks on the HPLC fingerprints of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms were indicated. The similarities were determined by cosine. The results of similarity analysis were 0.90~1.00. ConclusionThe method can be used for the quality control of Acanthopanax senticosus Harms. ......
