     摘要：目的测定青翘、青翘种子与老翘中连翘苷含量。方法高效液相色谱法。结果青翘中连翘苷含量为0.23%；青翘种子中连翘苷含量为0.03%；老翘中为0.18%。结论青翘中连翘苷含量高于老翘，且青翘中连翘苷主要来源于果壳。

    Abstract：ObjectiveThis paper reported the determination of forsythin content in green, grown Forsythia suspen and the seed. MethodsHPLC. ResultsThe content of forsythin in green herb was 0.23%, in seed was 0.03%,and in grown herb was 0.18%. ConclusionThe content of forsythin in green herb is higher than that in grown herb.
