化痰活血方对高脂血症大鼠肝脏低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达的影响

     摘要：目的观察化痰活血方对高脂血症大鼠低密度脂蛋白受体基因表达的影响，从分子水平探讨该方的降脂作用机理。方法采用高脂乳剂建立大鼠高脂血症模型后给予化痰活血方，应用逆转录—聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)法测定大鼠肝低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR mRNA)水平。结果化痰活血方能显著增加高脂血症大鼠肝脏LDLR mRNA的表达，与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)；结论化痰活血方降脂作用机理可能是通过提高高脂血症大鼠低密度脂蛋白受体基因的表达，从而起到降脂作用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the molecular mechanism of Huatan Huoxue Fang in prevention on lipid metabolism disorders in hyperlipidemia rats.MethodsFed the rats with lipidemia emulsion to establish the hyperlipidemia model, then applied Huatan Huoxue Prescription. The levels of liver LDLR mRNA were measured by reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RTPCR). ResultsThe results of RTPCR showed Huatan Huoxue Fang could upregulated hepatic LDLR mRNA levels, which showed obvious difference from the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).ConclusionHuatan Huoxue Fang may prevent lipid metabolism disorders through upregulation of LDLR transcription level. ......
