【摘要】 目的 研究某高炮部队士兵训练伤的发病和诊治情况。 方法 抽样600名高炮部队士兵，发放调查表，统计相关参数。 结果 伤病员90人(15%)，伤病率和年龄、军衔、职务正相关;其中腰肌劳损25人(28%)，最多;治疗方法以自己休息、药物为主，总体疗效偏低。 结论 随着服役年限增多，伤病率增高;腰肌劳损为影响部队训练的主要伤病;伤病员在享受医疗救治上仍有客观上的不足。
