摘要：目的探讨鱼腥草等5种中草药对10种常见细菌体外抑菌效果。方法采用葡萄糖酚红肉汤递倍稀释法，分别测定5种中草药对10种常见细菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果艾叶、白芷、鱼腥草、姜、芦荟对10种常见细菌表现出不同程度抑菌作用，其中艾叶、鱼腥草的抑菌效果较好，对金葡球菌、白葡球菌及大肠杆菌有较强的抗菌作用；其余抑菌作用依次为白芷、芦荟、生姜。结论艾叶与鱼腥草有较好的抑菌效果。关键词：鱼腥草； 中草药； 最低抑菌浓度
Antimicrobial Test Research in vitro of 5 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicines Including Herba Houttuyniae on 10 Kinds of Ordinary Germs

Abstract：ObjectiveTo research the antimicrobial effect in vitro of 5 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines including Herba Houttuyniae on 10 kinds of ordinary germs. MethodsWith the method of serial dilution test with glucose phenol red based medium, mensurate the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of 5 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines on 10 kinds of ordinary germs respectively. ResultsThe antimicrobial effects of Folium Artemisiae Argyi, Agelica dhurica, Herba Houttuyniae, Ginger and Aloe on 10 kinds of ordinary germs were different. Folium Artemisiae Argyi and Herba Houttuyniae had better antimicrobial effects,especially on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus albicans and Escherichia coli. The other antimicrobial effects are Angelica dahurica, Ginger and Aloe in turn.ConclusionFolium Artemisiae Argyi and Herba Houttuyniae have better antimicrobial effects. ......
