【摘要】 目的 观察新型消化道动力药盐酸伊托必利片治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(DGP)的疗效。 方法 98例确诊为DGP患者随机分为3组，采用盐酸伊托必利片治疗36例，并与吗丁啉组(32人)、西沙必利组(30人)治疗者进行比较。 结果 盐酸伊托必利片治疗DGP疗效强于吗丁啉片(P<0.05)，而与西沙必利片的疗效相当(P>0.05)，但据报道西沙必利片在高敏患者中可出现导致尖端扭转性室性心动过速或Q-T间期延长，盐酸伊托必利片则无此电生理特征。 结论 盐酸伊托必利片可作为糖尿病胃轻瘫的首选药物。

    Observation of the Curative Effect of Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets in Treating Diabetic Gastroparesis

    ABSTRACT Objective To observe the curative effect of Itopride Hydrochloride tablets in treating Diabetic Gastroparesis.Methods 98cases of DGP were randomly divided into3groups.36cases in Group1were treated with Itopride Hydrochloride tablets，32cases in Group2were treated with Domperidone and30cases in Group3were treated with Cisapride.The curative effects in the3groups were compared.Results The curative effect of Itopride Hydrochloride tablets was much better than that of Domperidone(P<0.05)while it was same with that of Cisapride.It was reported that the application of Cisapride to high sensitive patients may cause torsades de points ventricular tachycardia or prolonged QT intervals ......
