摘要:目的建立半夏厚朴泡腾片中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量的测定方法。方法以依利特C18(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5 μm) 色谱柱分离厚朴酚、和厚朴酚,流动相甲醇水乙腈(31.5∶38.5∶30.0),检测波长294 nm。结果线性范围:厚朴酚0.54~13.61 μg,r=0.999 7(n=7),和厚朴酚0.11~2.82 μg,r=0.999 7(n=7)。厚朴酚平均回收率100.92%,SRD=1.79%(n=6),和厚朴酚平均回收率101.23%,RSD=1.79%(n=6)。结论该方法简便易行,稳定性较好。关键词:半夏厚朴泡腾片; 厚朴酚; 和厚朴酚; 高效液相色谱
Determination of the Content of Magnolol and Honokiol in BanxiaHoupu Effervescent Tablets by HPLC

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for determining the content of magnolol and honokiol in BanxiaHoupu effervescent tablets.MethodsMagnolol and honokiol were separated with Elite C18column(4.6 mm × 200 mm,5μm) and detected at 294 nm, using methanolacetonitrilewater(31.5∶38.5∶30.0)as mobile phase.ResultsThe standard curves for magnolol and honokiol were linear in the range of 0.54~13.61μg (r=0.999 7) and 0.11~2.82 μg (r=0.999 7). The average recoveries of magnolol and honokiol were 100.92% (RSD=1.79%) and 101.23% (RSD=1.79%). ConclusionThe method is simple and quick, which is suitable for practical use. ......
