摘要：目的建立高效液相色谱 (HPLC)法测定克感利咽口服液中栀子苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，以 Diamonsil(钻石)C18柱为固定相，甲醇-水(29：71)为流动相，流速1 ml/min，检测波长241 nm，柱温30°C。结果在0.236 4～1.773 μg范围内，栀子苷的量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，r＝0.999 9，平均回收率98.96%，RSD ＝2.31%。结论所建立的方法能准确、快速地进行定量检测，可用于克感利咽口服液的质量控制。
