     摘要：目的探讨芒果皮炎发生的特点、发病机理及治疗方法，比较多种治疗方法的疗效，探索最为有效的治疗方法。方法总结分析55例芒果皮炎的临床资料。结果采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E、外用硼酸溶液、薄荷炉甘石洗液、尤卓尔等都有一定疗效，联合治疗疗效更佳。结论最为有效的方法是采用抗组胺药物、糖皮质激素、葡萄糖酸钙、维生素E以及外用药物等联合治疗。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo discuss the character, mechanism and therapy methods of dermatitis contacted mango, compare the difference of several therapy methods, and explore the best therapy method. Methods To sum-up and analysis the clinic information of 55 sufferers of dermatitis contacted mango. ResultsThe all therapy methods had efficiency, and united therapy methods had the best curative effect, such as anuti-histamine medicine, glucocorticoid, calcium gluconates , vitamin E , and so on. ConclusionThe best is united therapy method with anti-histamine medicine, glucocorticoid, calcium gluconates, vitamin E and the externally applied agent. ......
