摘要：目的探讨板蓝根药材及其制剂的质量控制方法。方法综述近年来板蓝根的化学成分和质量控制方法的相关文献。结果板蓝根化学成分复杂，质量控制标准不统一，现行的板蓝根制剂大多没有对板蓝根的有效成分进行含量测定，质量标准亟待确定。结论采用高效液相色谱法对精氨酸的含量进行测定，可有效地控制制剂质量。
