     摘要:目的探讨板蓝根药材及其制剂的质量控制方法。方法综述近年来板蓝根的化学成分和质量控制方法的相关文献。结果板蓝根化学成分复杂,质量控制标准不统一,现行的板蓝根制剂大多没有对板蓝根的有效成分进行含量测定,质量标准亟待确定。结论采用高效液相色谱法对精氨酸的含量进行测定,可有效地控制制剂质量。

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the quality control methods on the roots of Isatis indigotica and the preparation.MethodsTo summarize the chemical ingredients and quality control methods on the roots of Isatis indigotica in recent years. ResultsFor complex chemical ingredients and un-unified quality standard, the efficacious ingredients haven't been evaluated in most current preparation of the roots of Isatis indigotica and the quality standards need to be determined.ConclusionHPLC is suggested to control the quality of preparation. ......
