摘要：目的观察抗血栓药材水提物的活血化淤作用。方法采用小鼠脑偏瘫、血小板聚集、玻璃毛细管法、高脂血症模型、急性血淤症模型等实验方法，测定药物对小鼠脑血栓的保护率，血小板聚集的电阻率、凝血时间、血脂水平及血液粘度的影响。结果山楂叶、山栀子、苦丁茶、两面针、山绿茶对小鼠脑血栓模型有一定保护作用；苦丁茶、山楂叶、田七叶等对血小板聚集有一定抑制作用；山绿茶、肉桂皮、绞股蓝、苦丁茶、两面针、田七叶、山栀子等具有抗凝作用；苦丁茶、两面针、山楂叶、山绿茶、绞股蓝、田七叶等具有降脂作用；苦丁茶、山绿茶、田七叶、山楂叶、山栀子等可改善急性“血淤”证大鼠血液流变学指标。结论初筛结果为开发利用抗血栓药材提供了科学依据。关键词：抗血栓药材； 筛选实验

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods The protecting rate of drug on cerebral thrombus in mice, the resistivity of aggregation, blood coagulation time, blood lipid levels and blood viscosity were determined by the experimental methods of cerebral hemiplegia, platele aggregation, glasscapillary, hyperlipidemia model and acute blood stasis model. Results Cratagusscabrifolia, Cardenia jasminoides, Folium ilicis kluaingchae immatrei, Zanthoxylum nitidum, Ilexhainanensis Merr on cerebral thrombus have definite protecting effect; Folium ilicis kudingchae immaruri, Cratagation cabrifolia, Panax notoginseng on platele aggregation have definite inhibition; Ilex hainanensis, Cinnamonum cassia, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, Folium ilicis kuaingchae immaturi, Zanthoxylum nitidum, Panax notaginseng, Gardenia jasminoides have anti-coagulation; Folium ilicis kudingchae immaturi, Zanthoxylum nitidum, Cratagusscabrifolia, Ilex hainanensis Merr, Gynostemma pentapgynum, Panax notoginseng have lipidlowering actions; Folium ilics kudingchae immaturi, Ilex hainanensis, Panax notoginseng, Cratagusscabrifolia, Gardeniz jasminiaes can improve the indexes of blood Rheology in acute blood stasis syndrome in rat. ConclusionThe results provids scientific basis for developing and using antithrombus crude drugs. ......
