华支睾吸虫分泌-排泄抗原在血清学诊断中的意义

     摘要:目的评价华支睾吸虫分泌-排泄抗原在华支睾吸虫病血清学诊断中的价值,应用ELISA技术对华支睾吸虫的成虫粗抗原和分泌-排泄抗原的敏感性和特异性进行比较。方法制备华支睾吸虫的粗抗原和分泌-排泄抗原,以ELISA方法对华支睾吸虫感染患者509人、麝猫后睾吸虫感染者47人、卫氏并殖吸虫感染者20人、日本血吸虫感染者14人以及健康人血清163人,检测血清特异性IgG。结果比较华支睾吸虫分泌-排泄抗原的诊断的敏感性高于粗抗原,分泌-排泄抗原的特异性反应明显高于粗抗原。结论分泌-排泄抗原用于诊断感染华支睾吸虫病有较高的敏感性和特异性, 是一种有效的诊断抗原。

    The Significance of Excretory-secretory Antigen of Clonorchis sinensis in Serological Diagnosis

    Abstract:ObjectiveThe present study was undertaken to evaluate the diagnostic value of ELISA using excretory-secretory antigen(ESA) instead of crude antigen(CA) of Clonorchis sinensis. MethodsThe diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of crude antigen and excretory-secretory antigen of Cs were observed by ELISA. Sera of human infected with Clnorchis sinensis (509 cases), Opisthorchis viverrini (47 cases), Paragonimus westermani (20 cases) Schistosoma japonicum (14 cases) and serum of 163 healthy students were used for ELISA. ResultsThe diagnostic sensitivity of ELISA using excretory-secretory antigen was 92.5%, which was higher than that of ELISA using crude Clonorchis sinensis antigen(88.2%). In addithion, the specificity of excretory-secretory antigen was found 93.1% while that of crude antigen was 87.8%.ConclusionClonorchis sinensis ESA was found to be a better serodiagnostic antigen than CA for ELISA. ......
