几种水溶性维生素对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性的作用 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探索研究几种水溶性维生素(VitB1、VitB6、VitB12 and VitC)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性的作用。方法 采用改良的MTT法，来检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性。结果 VitB1 50μl (0.0025μg), VitB6 200μl (0.002μg), VitB12 200μl (0.002μg), VitC 200μl(0.08μg)均对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞有活性增强作用。结论 几种水溶性维生素(VitB1、VitB6、VitB12 and VitC)对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞活性有增强作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To propose studying the effect of various water soluble vitamins ( VitB1,VitB6,VitB12 and VitC ) of in vitro mice macrophages activation. Methods The article took the modified method of MTT to explose the activation of in vitro mrice macrophages. Results VitB150μl (0.0025μg), VitB6 200μl (0.002μg), VitB12 200μl (0.002μg), VitC 200μl(0.08μg) all stimulated the effect of in vitro mice macrophages. Conclusion Various water soluble vitamins( VitB1,VitB6,VitB12 and VitC )which were able to stimulate the activation of in vitro mice macrophages under certain concentration. ......
