土鳖虫提取液对人胃低分化腺癌细胞BGC823的抑制作用

摘要:目的研究土鳖虫体外对人胃低分化腺癌BGC823细胞抗肿瘤活性。方法采用MTT法测定了土鳖虫水提物和醇提物对人胃低分化腺癌BGC823细胞增殖的抑制作用,采用生长曲线测定法检测土鳖虫醇提物对体外培养肿瘤细胞的细胞毒作用。结果土鳖虫水提物不能抑制体外培养的肿瘤细胞,而醇提物能显著抑制人胃低分化腺癌BGC823细胞增殖,药物作用48h时抑制率最高,并有较好的剂量依赖关系。结论体外土鳖虫水提物没有抗肿瘤活性,醇提物有较强的抗肿瘤作用,值得进一步研究其抑制机理。关键词:土鳖虫; BGC823细胞株; 抗肿瘤活性
The Suppression Effect of Extract of Eupolyphaga on Human Gastric Low-differentiation Adenocarcinoma Cell Line BGC-823 in vitro

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate antineoplasmic activity of extract of eupolyphaga on human gastric lowdifferentiation adenocarcinoma cell line BGC823 in vitro.MethodsThe MTT assay has been developed for quantitative evaluation of the proliferation of BGC823 of water extract and ethanol extract of eupolyphaga. The cytotoxic effect of ethanol extract of eupolyphaga was also assessed by MTT assay. ResultsWater extract of eupolyphaga has no cytotoxic effect on human gastric lowdifferentiation adenocarcinoma cell line BGC823 in vitro, but ethanol extract of eupolyphaga has significant effect. The cytotoxic effect is the maximum at 48 hours and have a dosedependent relation. ConclusionEthanol extract of eupolyphaga has cytotoxic effect in vitro, while water extract hasn`t. It is valuable to investigate the mechanism of cytotoxic effect. ......
