【摘要】 目的 探讨小儿手背深度烧伤的手术治疗方法，减少小儿手背深度烧伤后手部功能残障。 方法 对38例42只小儿手背深度烧伤的手术治疗进行总结分析，探讨手术时机、方式、术前、术中、术后注意要点。结果 本组病例手术完全成功者33例36只手，2例3只手移植皮片部分失败，分别占移植皮片的6%、8%，后期换药愈后2例2只手，再次手术补以小皮片1例1只手。全部患儿手术效果良好，手功能无明显障碍，皮片存活后色泽、外观良好。 结论 早期手术治疗可以缩短患儿的住院时间，减少手部功能障碍，治疗效果良好。
