摘要：目的用气相色谱质谱法对江苏产蛇床子挥发油化学成分进行分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从蛇床子挥发油中提取挥发油，研究其分离分析的条件，对分离的物质用GC-MS鉴定，归一法确定其相对百分含量。结果鉴定了27个主要成分。结论此方法稳定可靠，重现性好，适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。关键词：蛇床子； 挥发油 ； 气相色谱-质谱
Determination of Chemical Constituents of the Essential Oil from Cnidium By GC-MS

Abstract：ObjectiveThe chemical components of the essential oil from Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson in Jiangsu were analyzed by GC-MS. Method The essential oil was extracted from Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson by steam distillation. The optimum separated and analytical conditions were researched, the amount of the components from the essential oil were determined by normalization method. The separated components were identified by GC-MS. Results 27 major components were identified. Conclusion The method is reliable and stable. It can be applied to analyze the chemical components of the essential oil from Chinese traditional medicine.
