     摘要：目的建立哈布德仁-9涂膜剂薄层鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中主要组成药物大黄、亚大黄、姜黄、草乌及石菖蒲进行鉴别研究。结果薄层分离好，重现性好，专属性强。结论方法简便，准确，可作为哈布德仁-9涂膜剂质量控制标准。

    Study on the Testing Method for the Identification of Habuderen9 Film

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish the thin layer chromatography method of Habuderen-9 film.MethodsTLC was performed to identify Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Radix et Rhizoma Rheum Spiciformi, Rhizoma Curcumae Longae, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii.ResultsThe study showed that the characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific.ConclusionThe method for identification is simple, accurate, realiable and reproducible. It can be used effectively for the quality control of Habuderen-9 film.
