     摘要：目的比较了不同产地野生与栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量差异。方法紫外分光光度法测定了头花蓼中总黄酮的含量。结果11批头花蓼中，贵州盘县、云南昆明、西藏墨脱等地野生头花蓼中总黄酮的含量较高,贵州施秉栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量较高。结论不同产地野生与栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量存在一定的差异，应注意生长环境对药材质量的影响。
