摘要:采用原植物、性状、显微、薄层鉴定的方法对藏药甘松、翼首草进行系统的生药学鉴定,为其鉴别及应用提供科学依据。结果表明:通过原植物、性状、显微、薄层色谱图研究能够很好地鉴定原植物。关键词:甘松; 翼首草; 原植物; 性状; 显微鉴定; 薄层色谱; 藏药

Abstract:The original plant identification,morphological and histological identification ,microscopic indentification,thin layer chromatography(TLC) were adopted to identify the original plants which used as Tibetan medicine Nardostachys chinensis Batal. and Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Huck. soas to provide the scientific evidence of identification and application. The results showed that these are good methods to indentify Nardostachys chinensis Batal. and Pterocephalus hookeri(C.B.Clarke)Huck. ......
