【摘要】 目的：探讨21例手足多汗症患者行胸腔镜下T2~4交感神经链切断术的疗效。方法：21例患者均在胸腔镜下行双侧T2~4交感神经链切断术，术中监测双手掌、双足体温变化，术后随访评价手足多汗消失情况。 结果：21例患者术后手汗均消失，19例足汗消失，2例减轻。4例术后出现代偿性多汗。结论：胸腔镜下T2~4交感神经链切断术是治疗手足多汗症的有效手段。【关键词】 胸腔镜；交感神经切断术；手足多汗症
Observation after thoracoscopic T2~4 symphathicotomy for palmar and foot hyperhidrosis

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of thoracoscopic T2~4 symphathicotomy for palmar and foot hyperhidrosis.Methods:Dowble side thorascopic T2~4 symphathicotomy were performed in 21 cases.Palmar and foot skin temperature were monitored simultaneously during operation and the etticacy was evaluated after operation.Results:The sympotoms vanished in all 21 cases of Palmar hyperhidrosis but in 19 cases of foot hyperhidrosis,while two cases decreased.Compensatory hyperhidrosis were found in 4 cases.Conclusions:Thoracoscopic T2~4 symphathicotomy is an effective method to treat palmar and foot hyperdrosis. ......
