    [摘要] 目的总结超声心动图在房间隔缺损介入封堵术中的应用价值。方法 127例经临床及超声心动图确诊为房间隔缺损(3例卵圆孔未闭)的患者，所有病例采用Amplatzer封堵器封堵，其中106例术中行经食管超声心动图(TEE)监护，21例经胸超声心动图(TTE)监护。结果 TEE测量房间隔缺损直径3~28 mm，平均(16±5.8)mm，使用8~30 mm封堵器，TTE测量缺损直径20~31 mm，平均(25±3.2)mm，使用28~38 mm封堵器。127例患者中124例封堵成功并行超声心动图随访，3例封堵失败。123例无并发症出现，1例患者出现主动脉—右房漏。结论超声心动图对房间隔缺损封堵术前筛选、术中监测及术后随访均有重要作用。

    Transcatheter closure of atrial septal defects under echocardiographic guidance

    [Abstract] Objective To review the transcatheter closure of atrial septal defect (ASD) under echocardiographic guidance.Methods 127 cases of ASD,underwent transcatheter closure of ASD with Amplatzer occluders.106 cases were guided by transesophageal echocardiography (TEE),21 cases were guided by transthoracic echocardiography (TTE). Results The diameter of ASD was 3~28 mm(mean 16±5.8)mm measured by TEE,and 20~30 mm(mean 25±3.2)by TTE.123 cases were successfully occluded.And 1 case has complication:ValsalvaRA fistula. Conclusion Transcatheter closure of ASD can be performed under the guidance of TEE and TTE. ......
