国产注射用头孢西丁钠与进口注射用头孢美唑钠随机对照临床观察 (pdf)【摘要】 目的 评价国产注射用头孢西丁治疗细菌性感染的疗效与安全性。方法 以国产注射用头孢西丁钠为试验药,先锋美他醇(进口注射用头孢美唑钠)为对照药治疗呼吸系统感染，对其疗效和安全性进行非盲法随机对照试验。共入选99例患者，国产头孢西丁组50例，先锋美他醇组49例。结果 两组的病愈率和有效率分别为56.0%、55.1%和88.0%、878%，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。细菌清除率分别为91.4%与90.1%，差异无显著性。不良反应发生率：试验组为6.0%，对照组为6.1%，差异无显著性。结论 国产注射用头孢西丁与先锋美他醇疗效比较差异无显著性，是一种安全、有效的抗菌药物，值得临床推广。

Randomized-controlled clinical trial on cefoxitin for injection of homemade versus the product of producing with imported cefmetazole for injection

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and safety of domestic cefoxitin in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods Patients with respiratory tract infections were treated with domestic cefoxitin or imported cefmetazole in a randomized controlled study. A total of 99 patients were enrolled. In this study ,50 cases were in domestic group ,and 49 cases were in imported group. Results The cure rates were 56.0% in group A, 55.1% in group B,and effective rates were 88.0% in group A, 87.8% in group B,P>0.05.Bacterial eradication rates were 91.4% and 90.1%,respectively,P>0.05. The rates of ADR were 6.0% in group A and 6.1% in group B,P>0.05. All the results have no statistical difference.Conclusion The results suggested that domestic cefoxitin has the same effects and safety as imported cefmetazole in treating bacterial infections.And it is valuable for generalized in the clinic. ......
